Self-defense rules and tips for girls

Personal safety has always been relevant, in any country and at any time. There are many books, video tutorials, combat techniques designed for the civilian population. But not all of the recommendations from them are easy to implement by representatives of the weaker half of humanity. There are some basic and effective techniques for girls to help in an emergency. As practice shows, these techniques make it possible not to exceed the permissible level of self-defense.

  1. Strike “between the legs”

One of the most famous and effective techniques, which girls are primarily taught in any complex of self-defense. One powerful blow between the legs, and the attacker reflexively lowers his arms due to pain, distracting from the victim. The groin is one of the most vulnerable spots in men. The blow is applied with the foot or knee to increase the force of the defeat, otherwise the force of the blow will not be enough for the attacker to be neutralized.

When pressing, you need to put all the force into the thumbs, the rest of the fingers can reflexively fold into a fist to increase the pressure. The enemy will be severely injured and disoriented for a long time.

  1. Release from strangulation

The technique helps in a situation where the attacker stands in front of you and grabs you by the throat. You should immediately free yourself from the grip by striking the face with a hand or foreign objects, for example, a bag, which helps to distract the opponent, and he will weaken the grip.

Reception for release must begin with a shoulder pile on the attacker, from top to bottom, using all your weight.

  1. Blow to the nose

An effective way to unexpectedly interrupt an attack, leading to a painful shock and confusion of the enemy. To do this, imperceptibly move your hand flush with the other hand and sharply strike the enemy’s nose with the edge of the palm of your current hand.

  1. Knee kick

Striking the knee should be done with the inner edge of the shoe (shoe). This technique breaks the ligaments of the knee joint and immobilizes the opponent. In addition, it combines well with the previous techniques.

Just never use the toe of a shoe in reception, it can easily slip off without causing any harm to the enemy, but only anger him.
