Who or what got you into shooting?
I have always been around shooting, from my grandparents to my mother and father being police officers. I began to get really involved when I met my husband Bill who owns AcuSport. I decided to get involved with hands-on shooting instruction because there is such a need to teach women.
Why are you involved with the NRA or how do you support their efforts?
I am currently the chair of the Action Committee for the NRA Women's Leadership Luncheon & Auction.

What's your current go-to gun?
I have many current go-to guns.
What's your favorite shooting range or place to hunt?
My favorite place to hunt is Hungary.
What's your most unusual gun-related item?
My new Gold Glock barrel
What's your best or most memorable moment as it relates to firearms?
My best moments are teaching at Hillsdale College. The seminar is four days long, and new women shooters leave there so excited about shooting.
I own a gun because
It is my 2nd Amendment right, I love the sport, and also for self-protection.
Tell us the best (or worst) gun advice you've ever been given
Never have an unloaded gun.
What's your easiest gun to handle and shoot? Hardest?
There are many nice guns out there that are easy to shoot and take down.
Your ideal shopping trip: the mall or an outdoor outfitter?
Why the outdoor outfitter of course.
What's your favorite holiday? Why?
What do you do to relax and unwind — watch TV, listen to music, go to movies, catch a game, exercise, something else?
