Who or what got you into shooting?

I got into shooting because my husband was into it. I just wanted an excuse to hang out with him. Turns out, I loved it!

Do you shoot handguns, shotguns, rifles or all of the above?

All of the above

Tell us about the first gun you owned or your favorite gun.

The first gun I claimed as my own was a Glock model 22. I used it to get my CHL license.

What's your current go-to gun?

Glock model 36

What's your favorite shooting range or place to hunt?

I love Shoot Smart in Fort Worth, otherwise I love shooting outdoors at friends’ houses.

Do you have a favorite accessory or clothing item you won't go shooting or hunting without? What makes it so important?

Femme Fatale holster for conceal carry!

What's your most unusual gun-related item?

My "Guns and coffee" bumper sticker ... love it!

What's your best or most memorable moment as it relates to firearms?

Shooting to qualify for my CHL. I was really nervous but it was fun.

I own a gun because:

It's a "speak softly but carry a big stick" sorta thing.

Tell us the best (or worst) gun advice you've ever been given.

Best advice ... Even trigger pull is important. Don't anticipate the shot. Let the firing of the gun surprise you.

What's your easiest gun to handle and shoot? Hardest?

Glocks are the easiest, no external safety. My husband's raging bull is the hardest, it's just a beast.

What would be your recommendation for best entry-level gun?

I think Glocks are a great first pistol. They're simple, straight forward and intimidating.
